Refund & Return Policy

At AM-PM Rituals, we take pride in the quality of our hair care and skin care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Sale items and opened/used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at  teameves5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
