Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹3000/-
- Standard shipping fee of ₹ 80/-for orders
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS
- You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner's portal
Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly

- We currently ship within India only
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order — we are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched
